When you take the assessment, your answers are stored in your own browser (local storage) so your progress is saved. If you contact us or book a session, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business, email, and phone number.

We use your information to generate your report, respond to your requests, and, only if you ask us to, follow up about helping you improve your marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Your assessment answers are saved in your own browser. To generate your report, your answers are sent to our server to compute your score and, when AI reporting is enabled, to produce a personalized summary and plan. You can clear your saved answers at any time by retaking the assessment or clearing your browser storage.

When AI reporting is enabled, your assessment answers and the resulting scores are sent to our AI provider solely to author your report. We do not send your name, email, or phone number for this purpose, and we do not use your answers to train AI models.

If you ask us to send your full report, you share your name, email, phone, business name, and website. We store these in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) so we can deliver your report and, if you don't book a call, follow up by email or text about helping you. You can opt out of that follow-up at any time.

To prepare your deep-dive, we research your business's public web presence (your website, public Google Business Profile, and public social profiles). We only review information that is already publicly available.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. Any future use of cookies or tracking will be disclosed and, where required, consented to.

We take reasonable measures to protect information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
